  • Honey roasted pumpkin with marscapone and chives
  • Moroccan chicken salad with cashews and yoghurt riata
  • Pipers prawn cocktail with creamy avocado mayonnaise

 

Main:

  • Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto and topped with creamy, sundried tomato, spinach and basil sauce
  • Oven baked scotch fillet roasted medium and served with seeded mustard and bacon demi glaze
  • Pepper crusted pork loin oven roasted and served with creamy apple, thyme and leek sauce
  • Oven baked snapper served with creamy lemon, caper and chive sauce

 

Dessert:

  • Chocolate mud cake served with double cream and raspberry coulis
  • Sticky date pudding served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
  • Citrus tart served with double cream and blueberries
  • Pecan nut pie served with chocolate sauce, cream and strawberries
