  • Moroccan spiced lamb backstrap served on sweet potato mash with tomato chutney
  • Grilled butterfish served on golden chats with creamy lemon, chive and peppercorn sauce
  • Chicken fillet filled with spinach, sundried tomato and cheddar stuffing and served on potato gratin with creamy leek and parsley sauce

 

Dessert:

  • New York baked cheesecake with lemon and passionfruit curd and cream
  • Sticky date pudding served with butterscotch, vanilla ice cream and strawberries
  • Citrus tart with marinated berries and double thick cream
  • Flourless chocolate and almond cake with raspberry sorbet
