- Vietnamese chicken salad – poached chicken shredded with cabbage, carrot, sprouts, spring onion and mint with pine nuts and chili lime dressing
Main Course Selection
- Eye fillet, herb wrapped, roasted medium and served on potato rosti with julienne of vegetables and sweet shiraz jus
- Pork medallions served on golden kipfler potatoes with broccolini and beans, napped with creamy apple, honey and macadamia sauce
- Veal cutlet filled with brie, spinach and salami, served on roasted sweet potato with fresh asparagus and sweet plum relish
- Lamb strap pocketed with feta, lemon and tarragon, wrapped in prosciutto served on roasted root vegetables with sweet roasted tomato sauce
- Chicken breast filled with caramelized onion, goats cheese and red pesto, served on creamy spinach, parmesan and risotto with crisp prosciutto
- Atlantic Salmon – Moroccan style marinated served on sweet potato mash with sticky orange, seasonal greens and honey chili glaze
