Entrée Selection

  • Chicken, leek and pasta soup with fresh herbs
  • Maple roasted pumpkin soup with crème fraiche and cashews
  • Middle Eastern marinated lamb fillet on lemon, coriander and pine nut couscous with tzatziki
  • Prawn, prosciutto, avocado and mango salad with lime mayonnaise and toasted slithered almonds
  • Atlantic Salmon, orange, fennel and cucumber salad with mint and pink peppercorn dressing
  • Vietnamese chicken salad – poached chicken shredded with cabbage, carrot, sprouts, spring onion and mint with pine nuts and chili lime dressing

 

Main Course Selection

  • Eye fillet, herb wrapped, roasted medium and served on potato rosti with julienne of vegetables and sweet shiraz jus
  • Pork medallions served on golden kipfler potatoes with broccolini and beans, napped with creamy apple, honey and macadamia sauce
  • Veal cutlet filled with brie, spinach and salami, served on roasted sweet potato with fresh asparagus and sweet plum relish
  • Lamb strap pocketed with feta, lemon and tarragon, wrapped in prosciutto served on roasted root vegetables with sweet roasted tomato sauce
  • Chicken breast filled with caramelized onion, goats cheese and red pesto, served on creamy spinach, parmesan and risotto with crisp prosciutto
  • Atlantic Salmon – Moroccan style marinated served on sweet potato mash with sticky orange, seasonal greens and honey chili glaze

  • Chewy date and frangipani tart with vanilla anglaise and cream
  • Baked raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake with berry coulis and double cream
  • Homemade lemon curd and meringue tarts with blueberries and cream
