One of the most important components of your function is the food that is served to you and your guests. A great deal of care and attention has gone into ensuring that you have a range of premium options that will leave you and your guests spoilt for choice.


Below you will find a range of menu options within each course. Please choose two items from each course for your function meal. Please note you have the choice of either choosing a two or three course menu option. Each guest will have a choice for each course ie. meals are not an alternate serve.

2 Course $39.50 per person
3 Course $45.50 per person

Canapes on arrival for half an hour $5.00 per person

 

Soups:

  • Honey roasted pumpkin with marscapone and chives
  • Fresh tomato, bacon and basil with goats cheese
  • Lamb, barley and vegetable wiht fresh herbs
  • Creamy chicken, leek and corn with fried croutons
  • Curried sweet potato and coriander with yoghurt riata

 

Mains:

  • Pork scotch fillet, oven baked and roasted root vegetable topped with sweet apple and walnut compote
  • Eye fillet with duxelle wrapped in puff pastry with sweet red wine jus, golden potatoes and greens
  • Chicken breast filled with sun dried tomatoes and feta on creamy spinach and leek risotto topped with crisp proscuitto and drizzled with pesto
  • Baked Atlantic salmon on creamy potato and parsnip mash with fresh asparagus spears and hollandaise sauce
  • Veal medallions, oven baked served with mushroom, tarragon and sweet sherry sauce on golden kipfler potatoes and sauteed spinach

 

Dessert:

  • Warm sticky date and banana pudding with butterscotch sauce and ice cream
  • Sour morello cherry and frangipani tart with vanilla anglaise and cream
  • Homemade honey, raspberry nougat ice cream with wild berry coulis
  • Lemon baked cheesecake served wtih passion fruit curd and cream
  • Chocolate hazelnut pannacotta with liqueur chocolate sauce and vanilla bean marscapone
