Option 1: Premium bar package - $35.50 per person

The premium bar package includes our house wines and bottled beer presented to the table.

Sparkling: Stoney Peak Brut
White wine: Stoney Peak Chardonnay
Red wine: Stoney Peak Shiraz Cabernet
Beer: Carlton draught, Carlton light
Plus: Soft drink, orange juice, coffee (cappuccino, latte, flat white, short black) and tea (English Breakfast)

Option 2: Deluxe bar package - $39 per person

The deluxe bar package includes a choice of fine wines and premium bottled beer presented to the table.

Sparkling: Blue Pyrenees Vintage Brut
White wine: Bazzani Chardonnay or Annie’s Lane Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Red wine: Bazzani Cabernet Shiraz or Lindermans Cawarra Merlot
Beer: Crown Lager, Carlton light
Plus: Soft drink, orange juice, coffee (cappuccino, latte, flat white, short black) and tea (English Breakfast)

Option 3: Platinum bar package - $42 per person

The platinum bar package includes a choice of premium wines and bottled beer as well as basic spirits presented to the table.
